Ensuring safety at work and its continuous improvement is the responsibility of all those involved in the port environment. It must be a priority in any work project, service and activity that takes place in the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands' service areas.
The purpose of this document on safety instructions at the ports of the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands is to inform companies, employees and users of the main risks involved in port activities (general risks), the preventive measures to be implemented and the procedures to be followed in case of emergency, so as to improve occupational health and safety when coordinating business activities.
If port companies, employees and users all work together, we can ensure our ports are a safer place to be and to work in.
